Project Cancellations

Cancellation Rights:

  • Clients have the right to cancel a project at any time before the completion of the visual or musical editing phase.
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing, either via email to [email protected] or through the contact form on our website, including specific details of the project.

Timing and Conditions:

  • Cancellations must be initiated before the editing phase is completed. Typically, video and music editing processes are completed within 12 to 72 hours after receiving the necessary information.
  • No cancellation fees will be applied for cancellations made during the eligible period.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refund:

  • If a production is canceled before the completion of the editing phase, a full refund of the initial payment made by the client will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Refund Processing:

  • Once the cancellation is confirmed and the production status is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Project Modifications

Modification Requests:

  • Clients have the option to request modifications to ongoing productions instead of canceling them altogether. This option provides flexibility and allows adjustments to meet specific needs.
  • Modifications must be communicated in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with the scope and complexity of the production.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with the production or course you purchased and wish to exchange it for another one that better suits your needs, the quickest way to do so is by returning the item within a 30-day period.
  • Once the exchange request is accepted via email, you may proceed with the exchange. This process is typically faster and more direct than a return.

Satisfaction Guarantee / Exceptions

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our satisfaction guarantee covers all our digital products for 30 days. In the event of dissatisfaction with the design within this period, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • It is important to note that digital products are not eligible for return once the 30-day period has elapsed, and any exception to this policy is subject to our sole discretion.
